Facilities Electrical Technician Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Day Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM & Maintenance provider. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, planned and call-out maintenance and repairs.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Carrying out electrical safety checks and PAT testing
- Performing planned and call-out maintenance and repairs
- Working to high levels of health and safety
- Understanding building statutory requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in facilities maintenance within the electrical maintenance field
- Qualification to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition
- Full, current driving licence
- Good customer service skills
- IT literacy for record keeping
The successful candidate can expect:
- £36,000 annual salary + overtime
- ~25 days holiday + bank holidays
- ~ Pension option + employer contribution
