Job Title: Accounting Controls Placement

Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with 1-3 days in the office required per week

Contract: Fixed-term contract with Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) LTD

Job Summary:

Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) LTD is seeking an Accounting Controls Placement to join our team. As an Accounting Controls Placement, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of accounting controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify and address any discrepancies or anomalies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of accounting activities
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements

Requirements:

  • Studying for an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance, business)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
