About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Account Director to join our collaborative team in a forward-thinking, creative, and supportive environment.

This is a senior-level position that will operate at the forefront of our business, overseeing the workflow out of our London office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and building client relationships at a senior level
  • Pitching for business alongside strategy and production
  • Pulling together the team and allocating resource for each brief/project
  • Overseeing all project delivery across diverse integrated campaigns
  • Ensuring exceptional quality control across every project
  • Owning and managing the UK team revenue
  • Working closely with counterparts in the US on leadership activity in the UK
  • Managing the London-based account team

The ideal candidate will have existing senior-level experience within a creative agency environment, with integrated experience covering experiential, events, digital, PR, etc. They will be experienced in team, resource, and workflow management, with the ability to operate at a fast pace while maintaining a quality-led service.
