Senior Construction Manager for Historic Building Restoration Projects

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our team in the restoration and conversion of historic buildings into unique homes of exceptional quality and character. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Lead a team of skilled professionals, including subcontractors, to deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control data
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards
About Us:
Kenna Recruitment Ltd is a niche developer specializing in the restoration and conversion of historic buildings into unique homes of exceptional quality and character. Our team of 15 members works closely under the guidance of our Senior Project Manager and Project Director to deliver high-quality results. We manage subcontractor works from the first fix to customer care handover.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
