Job Title: Manager, Project Financial Analysis

Job Summary:

The Manager, Project Financial Analysis is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of financial analysts to provide high-quality financial and analytical support to our Department Heads and Project Management. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of financial analysts to provide financial and analytical support to Department Heads and Project Management.
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial analysis and leadership.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems.
