About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Medmatch. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the owners to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the financial and administrative aspects of the practice, including compliance and clinical operations.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care and customer experience is delivered to patients.
  • Manage and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

About the Practice

Our dental practice is a welcoming and professional environment with a team of experienced therapists, associates, and nurses. We offer a range of services, including digital X-rays and R4 software. We are committed to providing a high-quality service to our patients and are looking for someone who shares our values.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in management, preferably in dentistry.
  • Exceptional business management skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
