About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic educator to join our team as a Teacher of Alternative Provision. This role involves working with students who require additional support and developing tailored learning experiences to meet their diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher of Alternative Provision, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to meet the needs of our students. You will also develop individualised education plans (IEPs), assess and record student progress, and provide targeted support and interventions. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with students who have SEMH needs. You must have a strong understanding of SEMH policies and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.

Working with Us
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
