Job Overview
As a Renal Dialysis Nurse on our Surrey Downs Healthcare Network team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing haemodialysis. This is a Band 6 position that requires a motivated and dynamic individual with excellent dialysis skills and experience.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to dialysis patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
Key Requirements
- Foundation Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the NMC as a Nursing Associate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
