Job Title: Senior JavaScript Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Developer to join our team at BGC Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality front-end components and features using JavaScript and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests for complex web applications using Jest, Puppeteer, and Enzyme.
  • Work closely with our QA team to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in JavaScript and ReactJS, and apply this knowledge to improve our software.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong focus on front-end development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS and experience with other front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing using Jest, Puppeteer, and Enzyme.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript and other modern JavaScript features.
  • Knowledge of Redux and other state management patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, Bash, Windows, PowerShell, and SQL.
