Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance support and ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.
About the Role:
- Routine planned maintenance tasks, including pest proofing works, painting, unskilled carpentry work, and small plumbing works.
- Operating MEWP and Forklift as directed.
- Installing and dismantling PASMA/Stair Towers (training provided).
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed satisfactorily and to the expected standard.
- Caring for building maintenance equipment and tools.
- Managing spares and materials in a cost-effective manner.
- Supporting other team members.
- Carrying out duties in a safe, tidy, and responsible manner, adhering to H&S requirements.
