About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Responsive Maintenance division at Wates Group. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering reactive maintenance to our residents, working out of our office in Walton on Thames.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake repair and renewal works to plumbing installations, utilizing your multi-trade experience.
  • Work alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders.
  • Use PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically on works undertaken or to be undertaken.
  • Liaise with Supervisors/schedulers in a timely manner when works are unable to be completed on a first visit.
  • Afford excellent customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Multi-trade experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
