Transfer Pricing Deals Tax Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Deals Tax Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transactions Transfer Pricing Team, you will provide expert advice on transfer pricing, including documentation, controversy, due diligence, operational and strategic transfer pricing, as well as permanent establishment identification and attribution issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Deals Tax practice as a subject matter specialist;
  • Provide transfer pricing advice in the framework of due diligence, acquisition structuring and post-deal integration;
  • Test policies and calculate potential exposures of a deal which may have a transfer pricing impact;
  • Project manage and support all aspects of work;
  • Develop and plan the best transfer pricing planning approaches and solutions for clients, pre and post deal;
  • Participate in functional analysis interviews and undertake economic analyses;
  • Coordinate European and global transfer pricing engagements by working with specialists across our global network;
  • Prepare transfer pricing reports based on functional, comparability and economic analyses of the client's business, including using our market leading technology-driven documentation solution;
  • Support the transfer pricing network through the development of new services and analytical tools, and the assumption of practice management responsibilities;
  • Assist in various business development opportunities and project pursuits.

Requirements:

  • Be client-driven with strong commercial awareness;
  • Have strong client relationship management skills with the ability to develop quality outputs;
  • Be able to work in structured project teams;
  • Be able to plan and monitor projects, budget and timescale management and people;
