Job Title: Technical Sales Administrator

Baltic Recruitment Limited is delighted to be supporting OsecoElfab, a global manufacturer of customised rupture discs and explosion vents, in their search for a Technical Sales Administrator.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate order entry information to ensure customer satisfaction with regards to required product and delivery specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input orders to the ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Direct interaction with new and existing customers and representatives through inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality customer service.
  • Resolve customer and representative issues with stuck orders.
  • Ensure that purchase orders received are correct and match any quotation sent.
  • Handling inbound customer and representative sales calls.
  • Liaise with customers and the finance department to obtain required missing information to process orders.
  • Basic RMA/Handoff and customer complaint administration.
  • Order inbox triage.
  • New customer set up.
  • Use of the Part Configurator.
  • Liaise across internal departments to ensure customers' needs are met.
  • Support the external sales function.
  • Support the wider team functions and carry out other tasks where required.
Requirements:
  • Positive and enthusiastic with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Appetite for continuous learning/improvement.
  • Clear, articulate communication skills both oral and written, including telephone manner.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Team player who can work cross-functionally and at different levels across the organization.
  • Desirable but not essential - knowledge of a CRM system and business system e.g. SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience of working with IT systems.
  • Experience of customer-focused activities.
The Package:
  • £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
  • Day shift role, Monday-Friday (office-based).
