As a Showroom Manager at Brightwork Ltd, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our showroom in Inverurie. This includes supervising a team of sales assistants and chimney sweeps to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service.

Your key objectives will be to maintain high standards of the showroom, including displays, and drive sales within the showroom by exceeding targets. You will work closely with our client to achieve sales goals and maintain a professional showroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising sales assistants and ensuring they meet sales targets.
  2. Maintaining high standards of the showroom, including displays and fixtures.
  3. Driving sales within the showroom by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies.
  4. Working closely with our client to achieve sales goals and maintain a professional relationship.
