Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at our new opening in Congleton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all prep and par is completed for each shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy.

Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn.
- Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
