About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to lead our in-house development design and BIM teams. The successful candidate will manage projects from land acquisition through to planning approval, providing strategic input and liaising with other department heads and the CEO directly to support the growth of the business and improve efficiency and process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of development design management from RIBA stages 0-3, regularly checking and reporting on project KPIs at both departmental and board level
  • Provision of support, as required, to the delivery team during RIBA stages 3-6
  • Organisation and coordination of design and development activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
