The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on consultancy/PQS projects
  • Experience working on projects within the property/building sector
  • Experience managing projects up to £5 million
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
