We have an excellent opportunity for a Counsellor to join our team at Ophelia House, a therapeutic community residential service dedicated to supporting women who have experienced trauma.
Key Aspects of the Role:- Provide individualised support and therapy to clients recovering from substance misuse.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the therapeutic community.
- Supervise trainees and contribute to their professional development.
- Salary range: £26,750 - £30,750 per annum.
- 22 days' annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years' service).
- Clinical supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
