Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Day Concierge to join our team at a small, high-end residential building in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth running of the building's day-to-day operations, and maintaining the security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, including greeting, screening, and escorting visitors
  • Hold keys, take deliveries, carry parcels and shopping, and perform other concierge services as required
  • Ensure the reception is manned at all times and that residents' needs are met
  • Maintain the security of the premises and ensure the smooth running of the building's day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the building

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong command of the English language
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star hotel or high-end serviced or private residences
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
