Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Werndale Hospital in Carmarthen. As a bank nurse, you will work on an "as and when required" basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead a team and contribute to the development of clinical services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
