Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Endoscopy Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Endoscopy department, ensuring the smooth operation of procedures and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procedure Booking and Management: Book endoscopic procedures and manage waiting lists in accordance with departmental policies and standards.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate with patients regarding procedure cancellations and rescheduling, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Endoscopy team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
  • Reception and Booking Team Coverage: Cover reception and booking team duties as needed, including answering phones and responding to queries.
  • Electronic Data Management: Accurately send and receive electronic data using hospital systems such as PAS, DPR, and HICSS.
