About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
