Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to join our team at The Grove Medical Group. As a GPWSI Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and effective administrative service to our GPWSI service.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming referrals
  • Liaising with GP/practice nurse regarding referrals
  • Maintaining and managing appointment rotas
  • Using Choose and Book system to manage incoming referrals
  • Communicating with patients via telephone/text/letter
  • Communicating with GP practices via telephone/email regarding referrals
  • Maintaining and monitoring waiting lists for clinics - communicating with GP/practice nurse to ensure within target time
  • Submitting monthly invoices
  • Workflowing incoming mail
  • Maintaining the practice recall system, ensuring annual targets are completed

About Us

You will be working for our 13,500 patient practice, as part of a lovely team. You will be based inside the admin office working alongside our Admin team.
