About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team at Solus Accident Repair Centres. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving business improvement and financial performance at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the business strategy and direction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile values and principles, as well as Scrum framework
- Maximise, manage and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine requirements and build acceptance criteria
- Provide deep subject matter expertise to the development team
- Remove impediments to delivery and support demonstration of production and tracking of standard Agile metrics
- Liaise with stakeholders and third-parties to generate and implement ideas
- Prioritise tasks and deliveries for the team while maximising value
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex information
- Relationship and stakeholder management at all levels
- Embracing and managing change
- Positive approach to resolving problems with a solution mentality
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management ability
