Key qualifications include NVQ level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th Edition, and excellent team working and customer care capabilities.

Salary: up to 43,000 + van & fuel card.

  • Carry out/delegate and update all maintenance responsibilities
  • Reviewing risk assessments and method statements
  • Issuing and closing out permits to works
  • Arrangement of RAMS
  • Managing the day-to-day schedules of the engineers
  • Writing of PPM schedules
  • Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
  • Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments

Qualifications / Experience:

  • NVQ level 3 Electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition
  • Good knowledge of building services
  • Client facing experience
  • Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
