Job Title: Airbnb Property Manager

At Anistenhomes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airbnb Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our property portfolio while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's property portfolio, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with current legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, including liaising with contractors and landlords.
  • Process contractor invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Proactively source and grow a list of approved contractors to resolve property issues.
  • Deal with complaints from landlords and tenants, addressing problems face-to-face, by email, or by telephone.
  • Arrange gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPCs, and other legal documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations, including health and safety and fire risk assessments.
  • Accommodate council compliance visits and follow through until licenses are received or initiate works orders.
  • Initiate and assist with insurance claims following damages to dwellings.
  • Monitor and assist with emergency out-of-hours calls and engineer call outs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience in property management or a related field.
