Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Agriculture and Rural Property Support Specialist to join our team at Wykeham Hurford Sheppard & Son. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Fee Earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Fee Earners in managing their secretarial workload, prioritizing tasks and maintaining files.
  • Assist Fee Earners in producing documents by typing work as directed and maintaining accurate records.
  • Link post to client, verify client identification, and manage file queries efficiently.
  • Review files for archiving or closing, adhere to company policies, and maintain high-quality work standards.

  • Excellent time management skills, adopting a flexible approach to work and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Computer literate, good keyboard skills, and a working knowledge of software packages, recent practical experience of using word processing packages (preferably Microsoft Word).
  • Recent practical experience of working in an office environment, handling client enquiries, and working knowledge of photocopiers.
Desirable Requirements
  • Practical experience of working in a legal office environment, experience of working in a networked Windows environment, and demonstrates a commitment to personal development.
Benefits
