Overview:

M3EU is a leading market research firm, and we are seeking a skilled Medical Project Coordinator to support our team in Germany. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers to develop and execute recruitment initiatives for patient studies, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

 

Job Description:

The Medical Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies for patient projects in Germany, utilizing email campaigns, text messages, and custom recruitment methods.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with associations and support groups in Germany to secure cooperation and resources.
  • Collaborating with the Patient Community Specialist to build custom patient communities for panel research.
  • Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies for German patient projects, leveraging data insights and market trends.

Additionally, the Medical Project Coordinator will oversee administrative tasks related to qualitative interviews, including scheduling, proof of condition, and consent forms.

 

Requirements:

To succeed as a Medical Project Coordinator, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in both English and German languages, with an additional language being an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a problem-solving approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility in task assignments.

 

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
