Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our FM provider team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional building maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete associated paperwork and reports.
  • Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, including completion of relevant paperwork.
  • Participate in a call-out rota to provide clients with out-of-hours cover.
  • Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of work-related documentation.
  • Perform work in a safe and diligent manner, adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, within capabilities.
Person Specification:
  • Commercial Gas ACS qualifications, including COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, and TPCP1A. TPCP1 and BMP1 are advantageous.
  • Experience working within a mobile service delivery contract.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Strong customer care focus and good communication skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate and diagnose faults.
  • Capable of completing essential paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • Enhanced DBS Check required.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary up to £39,000.
