Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AAT Accounts Senior Hybrid professional to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist our Partners and senior staff in dealing with a wide range of clients, providing timely and accurate support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Bookkeeping and Administration: Undertake bookkeeping and administration duties, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Payroll Management: Deal with payroll and payroll queries, providing expert advice and support to our clients.
  • Account Preparation and Audit: Assist with or prepare and audit accounts and tax compliance for sole traders, partnerships, and Limited Companies, adhering to pre-assigned instructions from client records.
  • Client Enquiries: Provide a fast and efficient response to client queries and enquiries for additional services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Ideally, you will have relevant experience or be AAT qualified or an AAT finalist.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Sageline 50 and Sage payroll would be an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.
  • Teamwork: A good team player committed to providing the highest quality of service standards.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable to working within the evolving and changing environment that accompanies a growing company.
  • Attention to Detail: Have good attention to detail within your work and excellent time management skills.
