Individual Support Provider

We are recruiting a Individual Support Provider to provide practical and emotional support to three young men with learning disabilities in their own home in Plymouth.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires flexibility, enthusiasm, positivity, friendliness, and innovation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will need to be responsible, reliable, and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
The role involves participating in person-centred planning, supporting individuals to develop daily living skills, accessing local communities, and assisting with activities inside and outside the home. This may include light duties such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care, as well as accurate record keeping.
Estimated salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 28 days holiday, flexible additional holiday purchase scheme, full induction programme, dedicated learning & development programmes, and more.
