Job Overview:
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Garden Close service in Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to customers, promoting social inclusion and encouraging independent living skills.
About the Role:
This role requires a valid Right to Work for the UK as Look Ahead is not a sponsoring organization.
You will be working with customers to develop life skills, provide physical, domestic, emotional, and social care, and promote social inclusion.
You will also be required to participate in support planning and risk management, carry out security duties, and monitor CCTV.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess NVQ Level or equivalent experience within the charity/social care sector.
A manual car driving license is desirable.
