About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Proposals) to lead our bid strategy and develop high-quality submissions for projects across South London and the South East. As a key member of our Southern regional team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating bids that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the bid team and coordinate the input of multiple team members to ensure timely and error-free submissions.
  • Develop and implement a winning bid strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to gather information and resources needed for the bid.
  • Ensure that all bid submissions are visually appealing and effectively communicate our company's value proposition.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to bid team members to improve their performance and skills.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and experience in bid management.
