At HBD Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales efforts for two branded hotels in Heathrow and Woking, managed by a reputable hotel management company.
About the RoleThe Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new corporate and groups business for the hotels, developing existing accounts to increase market share, and leading the on-property sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and brand sales team to drive sales from key local, domestic, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source new business and develop existing accounts to increase market share
- Lead and manage the on-property sales team
- Develop relationships with key clients and agents
- Regular face-to-face appointments to source new business
- Hold site visits and client entertainment as required
- Produce sales activity reports as required
We are looking for a Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive with a proven track record of successful business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have a self-motivated, driven, results-orientated, and proactive attitude, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. People management and leadership experience is preferred.
