Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Connexzia's new nursery in West London. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
- Manage and maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Full and relevant Childcare qualification at a minimum of Level 3
- Previous experience working as a Room Leader is essential
- Good ICT skills are essential
- Ability to be a positive role model for your team
- Effectively lead and manage the staff team in the classrooms
- Extensive knowledge of the current EYFS, Ofsted, and welfare requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion, motivation, and the ability to work well within a team
- Adaptability to a fun and inspiring working environment
- A current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate
- 28 days holiday per year, including 5 days at Easter, 5 days at Christmas, bank holidays, and the remaining to take in your own time
