We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our client's team in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a loyalty strategy that drives customer engagement and delivers business results.

You will manage campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, in-store, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Develop and deliver content strategies that drive customer engagement and align with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute onboarding and engagement campaigns for loyalty members, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery is effective and on-brand.
  • Ensure marketing spending is optimised and aligned with business objectives.
Candidate Profile
  1. A marketing-related degree or qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  2. A background in marketing or brand management, ideally with 2-3 years of experience.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in brand marketing and campaign management.
  4. Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  5. Familiarity with CRM platforms and personalisation tools is a bonus.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with a starting salary estimated at up to £32,000 (DOE) based on location and experience.
