Spa Professional

As a Spa Assistant at David Lloyd Leisure, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional spa experiences to our members and visitors. With a passion for health and wellbeing, you will contribute to the delivery of revenue and profit targets for the site, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining our Brand Standards.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the smooth running of the operation. You will assist with duties throughout the spa, including cleaning and maintaining communal areas, touring day spa visitors around the facilities, and covering reception during breaks.

You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting clients/members in a polite and professional manner, carrying out opening and closing procedures, achieving monthly retail targets, and preparing laundry during quiet periods. Additionally, you will monitor pool capacities, become familiar with new product launches and promotions, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
