• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collections processes and reduce delinquencies
• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit control and collections
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of collections activity and progress
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the collections process
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
