Job Title: Personal Assistant/Carer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant/Carer to join our team at Ideal for All. As a Personal Assistant/Carer, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with household chores and domestic tasks
  • Accompany clients to social events and appointments
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with mobility and transfers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require manual handling and lifting
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own car with business insurance
