Store Operations
- Manage HR indicators (KPIs) performance, ensuring targets are exceeded throughout the store.
- Support the general manager with the maintenance of store's electronic devices.
- Oversee the cleaning standards inside the store ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Monitor uniforms' allocation for Sales Assistants according to the company's policy.
- Monitor store's stationary, post and travel costs in line with Company's approved budgets.
- Ensure replenishment is done timely and effectively in your department.
- Organize the stockroom efficiently respecting company guidelines.
- Monitor and set corrective actions for procedures including Security and Shrinkage, Cash desk management, Administration management, and Health and Safety.
- Drive marketing initiatives and department's sales performance based on analysis of commercial reports and product knowledge.
- Manage the budget of hours in the department effectively.
- Design the ideal rota to ensure correct coverage based on HR Business Partner's budget.
- Conduct competitor research and provide relevant feedback.
- Ensure department merchandising aligns with company standards and commercial guidelines.
HR Processes
- Monitor sales productivity to meet budget and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Responsible for payroll processes and compliance with deadlines.
- Ensure all ER processes are followed according to company policy.
- React to recruitment needs ensuring a fair selection process.
- Understand and reinforce company return policy.
- Maintain clear communication with Head Office and management.
- Promote HR Policies and Procedures and Code of Conduct in the store.
Training and Development
- Identify team members with development potential and build a succession plan.
- Develop the team through performance reviews and personal development plans.
- Ensure inductions and training are carried out for new starters and current employees.
- Deliver constructive feedback to support employee development.
- Receive feedback positively for personal development.
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the store.
