Mental Health Clinical Lead Opportunity

Crooton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at HMP Guys Marsh.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality mental health care plans for patients.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the mental health team.
  3. Supervise and support staff to achieve high standards of practice.
  4. Ensure professional supervision arrangements are in place.
  5. Implement evidence-based interventions guided by national and local standards.
  6. Ensure the team operates in line with operational policy.
  7. Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as NMC Registration or a degree in Social Work or Psychology.
  8. Have experience in community mental health or offender healthcare.
