Role Overview: As the Senior Data Engineering Manager, you will lead a data & analytics engineering team in a remote UK-based setting. Your primary responsibilities include managing technologies across cloud and open-source spectrums, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing projects focused on data generated during care delivery. The role requires ensuring timely and efficient delivery of data solutions, cleaning, processing, and harmonizing data in alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the UK-based data & analytics engineering team, fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage and integrate technologies across cloud and open-source technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall data strategy
  • Oversee projects focused on data generated during care delivery
  • Evaluate and ensure data quality, integrity, and security

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant fields (Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science)
  • 3+ years management experience, including matrix environments
  • Experience in Python, dbt, Airflow, SQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases
