About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Complex Community Nurse. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adults, children, and young people with varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review individual care packages to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Provide practical training to care workers and clinical supervision to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, and private and NHS hospitals.
- Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
