Job Title:
PCB Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PCB Technician to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Telford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of repairing components on mobile phones, laptops, or tablets mainboards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily use of schematics to diagnose faults
• Replace any capacitors or fuses that have blown on the circuit board
• Fault finding diagnostics
• Repairing or replacing components
• Testing the items to ensure they are to the required customer standard
• Using hand and air tools
• Intricate assembly work
• Soldering intricate components
• Reading and working from drawings

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Previous soldering/micro soldering experience in Apple devices, laptops, and/or phones is essential
• Previous experience of using sonic baths to clean the circuit boards is an advantage
