Job Title: Credit Controller

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Beauparc. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for collecting cash in a timely manner while minimizing bad debts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure timely payment
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Handle a high volume of customer calls
* Maintain accurate customer records
* Update our accounts receivable system with collection activity
* Process card payments and issue electronic direct debits
* Issue copy invoices and statements as needed
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Handle statement reconciliations and WIP statements

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a credit control team
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with credit control software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
