Job Title: Adult Care Services Manager

At Grand Care Centre, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and allocate duties to the care team to ensure a quality delivery of care.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults in our care.
  • Manage the delivery of residents' personalized care according to their agreed plan of care.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and assessment to Care Assistants.
  • Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care through written care plans.
  • Maintain correctly written records as required by the company and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Medication management and administration experience.
  • Experience working with older people.
  • Care certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or above is essential.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent within the first 12 months of employment.
  • Evidence of the ability to contribute to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of the care needs of older people.
