Purpose of Role

An exciting opportunity for a technically savvy, customer-centric, and solution-focused sales professional to join our expanding international team

We're dedicated to simplifying shipping through creating a community of connected customers, partners, and carriers on a single platform, and we're seeking great enterprise sales professionals to help us fulfill our vision and mission.

Overall Responsibility

Our Sales Directors focus solely on generating new revenue by selling to new customers. You will work closely with Business Development Representatives to identify new opportunities and have the support of technical Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and others in closing them.

  1. Present our solution to potential clients
  2. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services from the nShift portfolio
  3. Bulk long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  4. Negotiate and close deals with enterprise-sized companies within the retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing sector
  5. Report to the SVP Sales on weekly/monthly/quarterly results & improvement ideas
  6. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market trends
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with:

  1. Proven commercial and business acumen, and skills to develop business through outbound and inbound opportunities.
  2. Strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels.
  3. Experience in Software Sales, preferably SaaS products.
  4. Experience working within the logistics / carrier / WMS / OMS / TMS / 3PL / e-commerce software industry
  5. A track record of achieving and over-achieving your quota
  6. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  8. The ability to organize, prioritize, and execute various activities and focus areas to maximize growth.
  9. Must be fluent in German and English written, reading, and spoken.
