Job Overview

University Hospitals Dorset is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Urology Junior Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Duties
  • Participate in a 1 in 8 on-call rota for Urology, fully supported by a Urology Consultant of the Week.
  • Elective training outside of on-call commitments will include a mixture of day case and major surgery lists, supervised outpatient clinics, and diagnostic sessions for flexi-cystoscopy, precision point prostate biopsy and urodynamics.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements
  • Eligibility or valid/relevant GMC Registration.
  • Basic Medical Qualification.
  • Completion of foundation training.
  • MRCS or equivalent – Part A.
