Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide sensitive care and support to children of all ages, including nappy changing, feeding, and toileting routines.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with room staff.
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
* Adapt to different classroom routines and age groups, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Contribute to the overall health and safety of the nursery environment.

**Requirements:**
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field (or actively working towards a recognized qualification).
* Minimum of 3 months' experience working in a nursery setting (if no formal qualification).
* Genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to different environments.
**Work with a Variety of Nurseries:**
* Experience diverse settings and age groups through placements at our partner nurseries throughout the city.
* Choose shifts that suit your availability, with a minimum of 8 hours per week (1 shift).
