Job Title: Sales Progressor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Progressor to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the company's SSTC pipeline and offers spread across the West Midlands area.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the company's SSTC pipeline and offers spread across the West Midlands area
* Conduct compliance checks for each sale for both parties
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties related to a sale
* Communicate with other estate agents involved in the chain
* Proactively manage the sale of a property on a case-by-case basis
* Provide essential support and backup to the estate agent sales team
* Update and maintain notes for your portfolio via the internal database/system

**Requirements**

* At least 1 year's current Sales Progression experience in an estate agent
* Highly self-motivated and organized
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

**What We Offer**

* A very realistic OTE of £34,000+
